Payment Policy:
- Extra bed: 150,000 VND / 5.70 USD per night
- All rates are exclusive of 8% VAT and 5% service charge
- Payments made via Visa/MasterCard are subject to a 3% bank fee
Check-in and Check-out Policy:
- Check-in time: from 14:00
- Check-out time: before 12:00
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges
Late Check-out Policy:
- From 12:00 – 17:00: surcharge of 50,000 VND / 1.90 USD per hour
- After 17:00: 100% of room rate will be charged
Early Arrival or Late Departure:
- If you plan to arrive early and require immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving the night before.
- Similarly, for late departures, booking an additional night will guarantee extended room access.
Booking Guarantee:
- A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
- Guests must present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
- Hoa Hồng Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations without notice if any fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected in relation to payments received.
- Cancellations/amendments made 72 hours prior to check-in: no charge.
- Cancellations/amendments within 72 hours or bookings made within that window: first night’s room rate + tax will be charged.
- No-show: 100% of total room rate + tax will be charged.
- Early Bird / Long Stay / Last Minute / Package Rates are non-refundable and non-changeable
- Refund processing time: approximately 7–20 working days
- Refund fees: 3% for Visa/MasterCard, 5% for American Express

Children Policy:
- Children under 5 years old: free of charge
- Children 5 years and older or additional adults: surcharge of 100,000 VND / 3.80 USD per person per night
Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises
